Q. How are the balloons delivered?
A. We use a large white decorated box complete with a colour-cordinated bow, inside you will find tissue paper and metallic confetti alongside your balloon which has curling ribbon and a weight attached.

Q. Who delivers your balloons?
A. All deliveries are made by Royal Mail, however if your order is after 4pm and is in East Hertfordshire we are able to deliver these ourselves for that truly personal touch.

Q. At what time will my balloons be delivered?
A. This will depend on the type of delivery method you have chosen at the checkout.

 Q. What happens if nobody is home?
A. Royal Mail will leave a note explaining where you can pick up your delivery if you are out, this is normally your local sorting office.

Q. Can the box be left in a porch or doorway?
A. As each delivery is guaranteed we do need a signature so I am afraid no boxes can be left at an unattended home or office.

Q. My box is being delivered today. I need to change the address. Is this possible?
A. No, an address cannot be altered after the box has been despatched.

Q. Can you guarantee a Saturday delivery with Special Delivery option?
A. Yes! We now offer Saturday as a guaranteed delivery day.

Q. If I want to send a gift anonymously, is this possible?
A. Yes, no information other than your message for the card is ever passed to recipients, even if we are called by phone.

Q. Can you guarantee exact day deliveries for British Forces PO numbers?
A. BFPO deliveries cannot be guaranteed to arrive on the exact day selected.
